sheesh

after the DDR tournament, i started posting and getting involved in the ddrinfinity.com forums now that i know half of the people on it, and man... it's *hard* to keep up with. too many people post there too often, and i feel like i always need to be kept up to date. i haven't had to do this kind of aggressive post-checking upkeep since my days of logging on to about ten BBSes a day.

i might have to start restricting how much time i spend on that site. it's preventing me from doing more important things like writing in my livejournal.

yeah... that's the ticket....

Hahaha. I know exactly what you mean, except I bet you aren't online 24/7 as I (except when I'm playing DDR, of course :B ) Either you keep up with it (it takes practice), or don't and then you have to read all the old topics because they're reffered to in more recent posts and you don't have a clue about what their talking about so then you feel left out. Anyway..I would at least just check it twice a day maybe (I check it more...but that's just me lol), and I guess get used to how much people are posting. Also, it's busier than before because of the tourney stuff as well as having Drastick go to Japan and such, and parties and whatnot. Sooo...good luck :D

i'm on pretty 24/7. my email program is always on... but it's like... i only have to wait about fifteen or so minutes before i get about six email notifications.

i need to realize that it's not in Real Time... it's not a bad thing for me to wait for a few hours or more to catch up on posts.

but spending an hour or two just reading, responding, rereading, reresponding... i still have to write music for the marching bands i'm teaching.

it'd be easier if my entire life were DDR. think i could manage that? ;)

Yeah...the reading/responding thing..we all do that :)

Welp. My life at the moment is Boyfriend, Jazz Camp, DDR. :B I'm sure you could handle just having life as DDR for the time being :D

heh. my life right now is teaching and writing for west salem and teaching and writing for willamette high school and writing drum music for emporia state university all at the same time.

unfortunate that DDR can't be more in the equation. might try to organize a mini tournament when doing band camp next week, though, with a bunch of home pads. that'd be... interesting.

Don't feel obligated to keep up with ALL of it. I sure don't :) Takes too much time.
