lack of unsalt?

I went to mormonson's after work to pick up some supplies for dinner, and when i went to the aisle which had the peanuts, i discovered that i only had two options: regular peanuts (salted) or lightly salted peanuts. i seriously scrutinized the whole area for unsalted peanuts of ANY brand whatsoever and found none of the unsalted variety.

NO UNSALTED PEANUTS. WHAT DA EFF.

i was having a quick text message conversation with kim at the time i was shopping, and i mentioned as such. her response was, "what a discrimination!"

and yes, yes it is. damn mormons.

at most grocery stores if you are in the packaged snack foods aisle you won't be able to find unsalted peanuts. most places have them in bulk, and in the cooking aisle. since they're unsalted, few people actually snack on them.

I know it's a joke, but I really don't get associating Mormons with Albertsons when the 'store' has nothing to do with the 'religion'.

it's just because the former albertson's ceo and president was a mormon and proclaimed as such. no relation other than that. safeway not having anything to do with slaves doesn't stop me from calling that slaveway either. :)
