animated gif question:

suppose i have an animated gif that's ten frames. does the file size change if i have those ten frames animate at a rate of one second vs, say, one minute? in my head it makes the most sense that the file size shouldn't change because the only thing that's different is a 'timing' marker, but i don't know the mechanics of animated gifs.

however, you COULD make it 60 times larger.

just sayin, the option is there.

that's not what i'm going for.

basically i want to make an animated gif that goes through its frames at roughly a rate of one frame per minute or 1'30"ish.
