sleep.

monday night i was a dumbass and felt like having one of the cokes in my fridge (which i had bought for poker night). i think that probably contributed to me not actually falling asleep until about 07:00 when i had work to do in the morning and a meeting at 11:00.

it didn't end up being a big deal because when i got up at about 09:30 my body just said, "oh, that was a nap." given how wonky my sleep has been over the weekend, i felt fine until about 22:00 last night. I decided to try a nap again, set my alarm for 02:30 so i could get up and do stuff, and for some reason my alarm didn't go off, but i woke up at around 03:30, so no big deal: i'm slightly groggy but otherwise still alert and ready to get some shit done.
